Iynna is the General Partner and leader of the MBA Fund, an early-stage venture capital firm backing companies built by alumni, current students, and dropouts from the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard, and Stanford.

Prior, she was an investor at Moxxie Ventures, where she joined as the first investment hire and backed software companies in AI, climate, the future of work, and health.

Iynna spent 8 years in the tech and venture capital space as a co-founder of Enza Academy, an edtech startup providing STEM education to underserved minorities in the NY tri-state area, and as Muhammad Yunus social impact accelerator lead. She polished her skills as an investor and operator when Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator named her to build and run their Global Programs to support global scaleups entering the US market. She worked with over 1,000 companies from Scandinavia, Brazil, Colombia, Japan, Korea, the UK, Belgium, and Turkey.

Iynna started her career at the United Nations, where she worked with the UN Under-Secretary-General for Global Communications & Media. She received a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Durham University, a Master's Degree in International Development from NYU, and an MBA from the Wharton School with a major in Finance. She is originally from Cameroon and Madagascar, and she has lived and worked in Paris, Dakar, Moscow, London, and New York. During her free time, Iynna co-runs Elpha, the largest women in tech platform with over 100,000 members across all continents. She is a fitness enthusiast and an avid runner, training for her next marathon.
