Irma J. Pereira, OTD, OT/L, completed her clinical post-professional doctorate in occupational therapy at Quinnipiac University and has 37 years of healthcare experience as an occupational therapist. Her focus has been in the pediatric arena, working with children and families. She was an Adjunct Faculty member at ºÚÁÏÍø, Seton Hall, and Yeshiva University. Founder of an interdisciplinary clinic in the Bronx. She has presented at national and state conferences, published, and has guest lectured at Kean University and Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She is a New York State Health Corps scholarship recipient.
